CGI Script

I'm looking for a cgi script that emails a form to my email address, but it has to have the ability to let the sender attach a picture, through explorer, finder, or whatever they use. I'd prefer free, and have it hosted on another server, because I have no real experience in CGI scripting, but I can do it if really needed.
