what do hosting service have this option?
for example:
Can I crate a account includs 500Mb space + unlimited Domain +full contral panel for our resellers?
also the our resellers will crate the account for their users and contral them.
Can I have our logo and name server in all of panels?
Is there this plan on windows hosting?

I've never actually seen a host that allows you to resell, from a resellers package.

I think you need a dedicated server or at least a VPS to do what you want to do.
