Is there a free Unix/Linux, BSD, a.s.o shell account with "outgoing options" like telnet, a text browser, ssh, a.s.o which can be used to check the own firewall?
A one-time setup fee with a credit card would be ok, but the whole registration process should work online.
m-net.arbornet.org doesn't allow telnet.
