I need a free forum with informal lookings(not the style of Vbulletinboard).

hopefully it's fast, without popups.

www.custom-hosting.net and click servcies, free account.
Just get 20 posts in the forum, ask for SQL installed and setup your own forum, you will have total control over it.
If you want I can install your forum if you get 40 posts, ill also install any template you want for the forum.
Try www.phpbb.com , its down at the minute but thats the best free forum, i think anyway.

he said he didn't want vb style.. phpbb is vbstyle.. ipb is vbstyle..

try phorum..search on hotscripts.. or maybe UPB
