Free host for non-profit site wanted

I run a site for a non-profit community group in the UK. I am currently using Lycos but the server has been down for a week, and I am sick of the new ad frames.

I am looking for a new host, can anyone recommend one? I was thinking of using Netfirms but have seen some poor reviews on this site.

I am a newbie (this is my first web site), so I do not need anything too flashy. I use MS Front Page to construct my site, and I currently have a message board and chat room (both from Bravenet.com) so I would like to continue using these.

I want something that is reliable, as I have already had to move hosts twice and I don't really want to have to move again for a while.

Thanks very much for the info, but I'm not sure my site meets Custom Hosting's terms and conditions, specifically:

"..... get at least 20 unique hits/day" (mine sometimes doesn't)

"......All sites MUST be helpful/useful for other net users" I wouldn't say my site was helpful to other net users, apart from the people in the community where I live - would this count?

They also do not host charity sites. Mine is a non-profit community group site which could be classed as a charity.

Examples of sites we do host are: Help sites, sites providing freeware, charity sites, music sites etc.

Think you got it the wrong way around, hosting is provided to charity sites.
Make a request in the forum, I can assure you it will get accepted ;)
