Hello everyone. I desperately need a reliable free web host that will allow me to use their servers to host a domain name that I have already registered. It cannot be using a frame or a redirect or anything similar. I need real domain hosting. My personal site is small and about 8-10MB. and does not use that much bandwidth as it is just a small personal site. My domain is: http://www.premalshah.com . However, as my NameZero account has expired, the site is not accessible from that name. However, my site can still be accessed at: http://main.premalshah.com (although I dont know for how much longer as my Namezero account is expired and I have transfered my domain settings to RegisterFly.com). I dont need much else but I do need to be able to play small Flash files. Also, the hosting must be ad-free; no pop-ups or banners or links. Also, I would like to be able to have subpages with my domain name such as www.mydomain.com/page2.html , www.mydomain.com/page3.html, ...page4.html, etc. (sorry, Im not sure what this is technically called.) FTP would be great but isn't a must. Also, although not a must, it would be great if I could get a small free POP3 e-mail account where I could receive and send e-mails using "myname@premalshah.com". This along with the FTP isn't a must, but would be great if I could get it.
Would anyone be able to host me with these requirements for free? I would greatly appreciate it!

I would prefer not to go with DistantHost because they will be implementing banner clicking which they explain as:
"Banner clicking will begin in August and you will have to click on a banner and answer a question regarding the site that loads. This is needed to keep your account alive.
If you dont click 6 banners in a week thats fine, at the end of 30 days if you have not clicked 24 your account will be terminated.
" Any one else that could host me with my requirements?

Distanthost are implementing any invisible banners... what do you mean?

If you check their site, they will be implementing invisible banners. The person viewing the website wont see them, but I will have to click them; roughly 24-30 a month and answer a question after clicking each banner. If you go to their site and click on their Forum and then the category of "General Questions Regarding Hosting" and then the 2nd topic from the top " Pinned: Banner Clicking", this will give you a better idea of their deal. It is something I am not interested in.

hmm.. you pay for a domain but you dont want to pay for hosting or put up with ads.
Free hosts have to pay for the space and bandwidth you use up, its not free to them. They are paying for your site. The ads pays for that.

Thank You pcpowerplay for your suggestions. I appreciate your help. However, one gentleman was kind enough to give me free hosting with my requirements and then some. So I am no longer looking for a host. However, thank you for your suggestions.
