Fixed it, somehow...
I installed Mcafee Virus Scan Pro, and updated it and it installed Mcafee Security Center. I don't have anything other then the virus scanner though, no firewall or anything.
But after I installed it, when I try to connect to localhost (with FoxServ installed), it says
The connection was refused when attempting to connect to localhost
How do I fix this? I reinstalled FoxServ twice, but the same problem.
