With POP3 feature, the service is accessible via programs like Outlook Express or Evolution.

With SMTP, you can use the programs like above to send mail too.

I don't think Gawab has SMTO though.

Thanks. Oh, my english is so poor that I aksed a stupid question.

In fact, I know the meaning of POP, SMTP & IMAP. GAWB site's mail POP & SMTP is what ( I have tried gawb.com , pop.gawb.com or pop3.gawb.com, but all failed ) is my original meaning.

Whether or no, thanks a lot.

Perhaps you should e-mail their support?

"Hi, what's the pop3 and smtp addresses"

Since I use Gawab's email service I know these things ;)

Incoming Mail Server: pop.gawab.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.gawab.com

Account Name should be your email address.

One important thing to remember is that you need to tick 'My Server required Authentication' for it to work.

Hope this helps.

pop3 mail service no disk quota but if you exceed allowed amount you will get a warning you should clean out your account regularly:

yourname@habbox.co.uk

if you want one mail me @ tommc75@lycos.co.uk

What quota? A POP3 account will almost always be empty, as all the emails will be kept into you user's PC. Isn't it? :angry2:
