There's not many hosts these days that come with page builders, and the ones that do are hosts like geocities, angelfire etc.

I doubt you'll find a host offering 100mb of space and 1gb bandwith that also has a page builder, normally because they are for people just starting out there first site and so wouldn't need that amount of resources.

Distanthost & liquidfire (http://lfhost.com) would both give you the resources you want and both have good support forums.

There's plenty of places to get some nice free layouts rather than using a pagebuilder, places like http://oswd.org :)

There are many WYSIWYG page editors you can download for free. Just do a search at download.com

If you can get the site made, www.hostultra.com is what I suggest for hosting.

I think they have a very simple page builder, probably not what you are looking for tho. Read my above post on WYSIWYG editors
