Why now a lot of space providers all restrict to want the English Web site, Why discriminate against Chinese like this?

The reason why I want English sites is for the simple fact is that my target 'market' is English speaking.

Doesn't make much sense getting Chinese speaking/reading people come to my English hosting/designing site, does it?
