Ads without Requirements

Are there any companies that pay you for featuring their ad banners without proof of a lot of hits? I guess I'm talking about pay-per-click companies. But ones that accept any site.

Can you guys suggest some places? Preferably (468x60) banners.

I think you would find that if there was an advertiser who accepted just anyone and didn't have a standard for impressions per month, wouldn't be very reliable.

http://www.standardinternet.com/affiliate.html programs accept any amount of traffic. Of course...it is hard to make money without very much traffic...

What I normally do when I have an idea is buy a domain, make the site then wait a few months without ads untill I get an average of 10,000 hits a day. Then, I put an ad on there. If you put an ad there straight away, you wont make much money and might give bad impressions to the user.

When (or if) my site meets the qualifications, what are good companies to display ads from?

Edit: Preferably, a company that doesn't have a minimum age limit if one exists.
