Most of the ad companies require that you be 18 to join their programs, if you are underage, have your parents approach them to act on your behalf.

well FIRST of all.... my mom wont let me get money from other people BECAUSE:
1.) I might get more money than my mom...
2.)She dosent like me earing money from others except for people i know
3.)StOOopid Anthrax reasons -..-;;
4.)Too young for pay pal
5.)DOnt habe a bank account either...
...note most of these are cause of my mom =] dads dont really give a crap... HAHAH and thiell do anything if it invovles earning money xD

you can get a free checking account from wachovia (student) including no interest charges and unlimited deposits/atm access. If you live outside of the United States, you can get a checking abroad bank account designed to forward money recieved in the united states to any specified bank account overseas with no interest/transfer charge. The checking abroad account does have a $20USD setup fee though.

If your only 13 you can join some search engines, and join e-gold (http://www.e-gold.com), most companies can pay by egold with a fee of some kind, and then you can request your money through omni pay and get checks.
