This is what I need:
PHP
FTP
1GB of transfer
5 megs is OK
Nice, but I don't really need it:
MySQL
Domainhosting
No ads

I prefer no ads, but a textlink, footerbanner,popup behind or top banner are OK.

http://www.f2s.com has all of that... Except for the domainhosting. But you could use MyDomain redirection for that.

You could also try http://www.spaceports.com
Their CGI server has everything you need along with a user placable banner that pays you 10 cents per click. They allow 10 megs and 1000 files. There is also no domainhosting.

Looks good, but they put banners (Splash or Ad Frame) on all your pages.

I forgot to mention that I don't want f2s, barrysworld, or spaceports. BTW hostonfly doesn't offer PHP.

Sorry, confusing:CGI Programming (C, Perl, PHP).
But you need to place a Perl line on top?????
