That is one sweet site... though I think the Search the Web thing should be centered, or on the right.

I think the scrollbar looks fine with the rest of the site.

The only thing I could comment on is the ever so slight color difference of the GIF backgrounds to the general background color.

I like the site, but I think that the search on the index page should be centered under your url (the graphic on the far right). In reply to the scroll bar, I think ut looks great with the rest of the site. My only suggestion, other than centering the search) would be to add some graphic or bar or something to the right-hand side of the search page itself because I think the box just looks lonely (no offense). Other than that, I think it's a great site!
