While it can happen, I cannot validate the the truth of the story. I also feel they are wrong with the title "Boy 'pregnant' with twin brother".
Hopefully the doctors won't tell the child.

Huh? I've seen this in the news plenty of times. That's the stupidest title I've ever seen.
"The tumour has now been successfully removed."
That's basically all it is, now. :confused2

They used the wrong terminology.
It has happened before, more than once.
The second fetus gets trapped inside the other one.
The boy is not actually pregnant.

I've seen story before. Yeah, it's possible but EXTREMLY rare I'd say. Probably one in ten billion shot.

I didn't think this was actually possible.
Life is very complex and therefore, it can be unpredictable. A lot of these strange phenomenons can happen.
However, it must have been an awful experience for the kid...
