It depends what your website is about, and how many uniques or impressions you get.

its a message board and it gets around 200 a day in visitors

You're not going to find any ad agencies that allow message boards and your traffic is too low to do anything with anyway. What I would recommend is signing up for a link exchange site and use your ad-space to get more traffic.
