PHP Noob

I know next to nothing about PHP, but really want to learn. But I dont have any programming experience except for a little HTTP. Is there a site that could explain how to setup/use PHP on my computer, and/or a free web host?

I have tried php.net but it is extremely confusing to me. A lot of big words. :confused:

Well, before attempting to learn a web programming language like PHP, I'd highly recommend getting very farmiliar with HTML and general web design first, it'll help you out in the long run.

As for tuts, try sitepoint.com, Kevin Yank has written a nice tutorial.
