It never ... ever .... opens.

It rarely ever opens. It will usually just crash. I have tried EVERYTHING from a complete reinstall....to closing every application and process that I could find that wasn't needed.....guess what. It still did it.

HELP.

WinXP home....

AMD Athlon, 1325Mhz
Vid card: ATI Radeon IGP 320M
Not sure about the RAM.....not my computer.
