FWP with CGI - FTP and 50+ MB

Hi

I'm looking for the following host:

- at least 50 MB Space
- CGI support (I want to use my own CGI scripts)
- Perl 5 support (for the CGI)
- File size limit must be 5 MB or larger
- Max datatransfer must be 1 GB or larger
- Fast server with very little downtime
- Ads are no problem.

I'd also like to know of you have experience with that server, and what experience.

Only 2 servers I don't wan't: F2S and VirtualAve/Hypermart (I want to use the last 2, but I don't have a creditcard).

http://www.free.prohosting.com is what you want. They offer 50 megs, CGI (no snedmail though :( ) You can also run SSI, and I have had a pleasant experience with them. FTP too.
