I sent them a support request concerning this. They don't have their email addresses posted. This is also something that all too frequently goes undone. Support/Help Desk is a nice thing but direct email is more important. If they don't want a bunch of email then there should be a Forum available.

Just my two cents.

Good thing I checked this out before getting all excited and signing up.

BTW, The Verohost contact page is perfect!

Yet another one who has email notification by default. If he doesn't respond to queries here, then what about support if you signup?

I have no time for people like this, who use forums for advertising only and don't respond to queries.

Heroforhire, Thanks. Support is our #1 Concern.

Jan, I totally agree. While advertising plays an important role in the development and sucess of a business, providing support to potential clients actually determines if you will succeed. Maybe this person should be be contacted and informed.

Okay, let's face it - the most important thing for a company to succeed it's their support. I mean, it's not about answering within next minute, it's more about giving HELPFUL answers within short time.
But what can we expect from a company that's giving away gigs of bandwitdh for nothing? How could they afford some support tech and so on? Who should take care of their forums, help desks, emails and so on?
I guess that's kinda rule:
low prices - bad support, bad services, almost always overselling
moderated/high prices - good support, good uptime, and so on.
I do agree that this is not a rule (you can always find cheap hosting with good support and expensive hosting with awful uptimne and support), but it's a thing that everyone should think about before buying from a cheap company.
Anyway, i think i already said to much. I feel sorry if someone believes that i'm trying to underestimate their company - i just want to make people THINK before they buy anything. :cry2:
