Yes avatar sizes are really limited. Maybe allow bigger sizes as you get to Senior Member-->Pro Member-->VIP-->whatever

just a suggestion anyways.

Limit was 7000 bytes, I've now changed it to 8000 bytes. Currently it's not possible to set different limits depending on which member level you belong to.
