Why was I stupid enough to renew my domain name with NameZero for an extra three years.

The plus service that I subscribed to specifically included Domain Forwarding, and e-mail forwarding, otherwise I would not have renewed with them.

They have now e-mailed me saying that they have changed their agreement with "network solutions", as a result of which the forwarding will be discontinued unless I pay namezero an extra 14.95 dollars to transfer back to name zero.

NZ replied to my complaint saying that their small print states thay are able to change terms and conditions.

But if I pay a garage extra money to get a car with air conditioning and leather seats, the garage cannot change terms and conditions one year later, and remove the extra items.

One thing I know is that I will never pay one dollar more to NZ. I intend to fight this one.

Anybody else suffering with these lowlifes.

Thanks Matt,

I have taken your advice, and am very impressed. with the price they charge, the facilities provided, and their web interface.

They carried out the domain name transfer very quickly, with no problems.
