The easiest way to explain all of this is to just post the E-mail I sent to Allclicks.
I don't know if it is legal to post the reply I got, but it was along the lines of them not being able to go back two years to verify the traffic.

If I missed anything or need to fix anything please let me know.

This is the E-mail I sent in it's entirety:

Hey Ron,

I do have a problem that I have tried to resolve for about two years now, I
don't know if you can help or not.

When I first started using Allclicks I got flagged for clicking my own
links. I talked to Steve S about it and he looked in to it for me after
months of trying and he told me that it was a mistake ( I never clicked my
own links except to check if they were working when I first put them up).

He resolved the problem for me after months of trying. After that I started
getting checks again (December 2001 was the first check I got after this
happened), but I never got the money that was owed to me while I was trying
to get in touch with them (about $800.00). I tried and tried to get someone
to look in to it for me, but had no luck.

By the time I finally got someone to listen to me I got told that they
couldn't pay me because they (Allclicks) didn't have the data to check the
totals.

I did manage to save some of the pages from the dates in question (May 2001
through to November. The problem started in February 2001).

I have the daily click throughs for October and November. I also saved a
post on the Allcicks forum from December 2001 that got deleted. I was having
no luck E-mailing Allclicks, so I thought I would try the forum. The post
got deleted and it took another six months to get to talk to someone.

The monthly totals for May 2001 to November 2001 are still on line. The
daily stats for these months are gone (No statistics available for this
period), except from October and November which are still on line.

I can also forward you most of the E-mails that were sent and replies
received while I was trying to resolve the problem if you would like.

I don't know if there is anything you can do, but if you could look in to it
for me I would be very very grateful.

Greg

It doesn't seem right that I did nothing wrong and tried continually to contact them, but I can't get my money because of the amount of time they took to help me. Do I have a leg to stand on to get my money?

I also had a similar problem, although the money was'nt as high as yours..

Because i "told" people we had a new Ad sponsor, and to "click IF they want to support" the site, my account was suspended.

I went to there forum, was told to email admin@ something blah blah

and they never fixed the account.

Very bad support ^_^

Although the rest of the SI programs seem to get the support, like popuptraffic.com

But Allclicks, thats basicly dead from customer support.

I'll vouch for Allclicks here...

You say poor customer support, well I'm sure Allclicks gets over 1000 emails daily...if you got that many mails, would you even give a response to someone whose account was removed, and is trying to get their fraudulant money?

As for your $800, if there was a problem with payment, you should have disabled the link until it was resolved, and linked to a different traffic program. That said, you say you attempted to contact them many times... Anyways, I cannot comment more on this, as I do not know the full story.

Both times I've emailed Allclicks, I got a reply within about a day.

"fraudulant money"

I dont see how thats possible. All i did was tell people about the new AD links, and what they were.

I said they were a new AD company i added to help the site pay for hosting fees etc.

I dont see how that evolves to be begging people for clicks and ----.

I always report on our site the newest additions to it, even if its AD Sponsors, basicly anything thats new to the site.

They made a bad decision, thats all. Good thing i was only using them as second advertiser, and not the main one. Otherwise I'd be really pissed off.

And no i dont recommend Allclicks to anyone. I've recommended programs i have had a good history with, and i've had over 30+ people sign up for programs i've recommended.

Grand, I'm sorry but:

.
Because i "told" people we had a new Ad sponsor, and to "click IF they want to support" the site

Sounds a lot like asking for clicks to me. So I can understand why they did that to you.

I will say that Allclicks support in my time with them has been very good, except when trying to find out about this money.

Standard Internet, Corp., is a relatively reasonable company to deal with if there are concerns of activity on the account and if you have a good case.

Be absolutely positive you have a solid case.

Standard Internet, Corp., and I have long ago resolved our dispute, as some might recall. To get to that position, however, took some doing, much time and much effort.

At the time, I had initiated a website AdSense.org to act as a platform for general advertising market information and research. It also housed a "claim", as I called it, relating to RedRival Internet Services and Standard Internet, Corp. This can be found here:

http://me.inconceivable.org/archives/rr_vs_sic/

Excuse the errors on that page as it is simply a restoration of the claim, as the adsense.org content is no longer active. The content within the claim, however, is what has been there all along.

That case is now resolved. If you truly have a solid case, I suggest amassing any documents possible in your communication with Standard Internet and creating a portfolio constituting your claim.

It took a while, but our dispute was resolved and that may be the result if you persue it in the right manner.

Are there any other sites you can go to get help with this sort of thing? I tried searching Google, but couldn't find anything.

Not really. If you have a legitimate case, I suspect only guerilla tactics will get any given company, on their level, to notice.
