There's one thing about girls that bugs me.... None of them will go out with me, haha. (By the way I'm a 15 y/o single male that likes computers and classic rock)...

Sorry, had to get my plugs in. (and NO I'm not talking about hair, sorry girls ;))

May i ask as to why this matters?

I suppose soimtime soon we will have some dating happening. or maybe sexist jokes. Whatever.

Haze
April 26th, 2001, 01:49
It doesnt really matter, but people need to know these things in order to survive there day to day tasks. I myself would not have been able to go on much more than a few days without knowing there were actually female members here. Make sense now? Of course not. Some people just like prying into matters that are of no business to them. Thats the way they are and thats why we have things like the National Enquirer. You see, some people lack what we call a "Life" and in order to make up for there lack of a "Life" they need to pry into others. I hope I havent offended anybody, Im just telling it like it is :) Peace...

I think it's just a computer thing... Hosting is the same. I can count the women hosts I know on one hand while the guys are everywhere... It's changing though (for the better I think).

many girls don't find guys doing this very ..attractive
think about it
probably many girls are thinking that we're webhosting freaks or i-net losers

BiteTheBugByte
April 26th, 2001, 06:31
Pah, then those girls are stupid, who think this way, just because IŽm online for probably an hour a day that does not mean IŽm addictive or even a freak. IŽve got a normal 'offline' way of living and I wouldnŽt care if thereŽd be girls who prejudice someone without knowing it better.

With a year-old kid too. *bows* So young~~~!

laurie isn't a girl, I'm positive. I have also mistakened him to be a girl b4, but he cleared that up for me. Yes, laurie's a he.

Boys can't live without girls. The guys who can are insane.

But I have the maturity of someone in my mid to late 20s...

I've always been more mature than my peers...

There was this game called "Missing" that we played at school to warn us about the dangers of the internet. This kid met this guy on the net and ran away from his parents to go with him (stupid ) only to find that the guy was a child pornographer... In the game, we were detectives and was supposed to find him. Anyways, I remember a quote that he said before he left his parents... He said, "I've always been more mature than my peers..."

Oops.

Anyway, this has nothing to do with you or the thread. Or you rockergrrl. It's just something that reminded me of something.

I've got four things to explain my absence:

[list=A]
Girlfriend
Bass Guitar
Job
'96 Red Blazer with black leather interior and killer sound system

I guess I'll be around a lot in the summer, 'til then I'll just make guest appearances ;).

Two questions for you nick--

what kind of bass do you have and what sort of sound system in your blazer?

Not quite sure yet, bought it off my uncle. He had the original standard system taken out and everything put in custom. All the controls and everything is digital. Sounds good, so I'm not worried about it. It's really nice, and the leather interior is really comfortable. Did I mention the back seats lay down and make a bed ;).

May 12th, 2001, 21:39
ha, i have a pussy peavy bass, but i can still kick a lot of --- with it.

well, i guess it's not pussy, but it's not a fender.

Fender Squier, or just strait up Fender?

Now why would you want that?

Well over the years ive worked my way up in the ranks of bass. first was this stupid no name one that i ended up painting with nail polish (dont ask), when that one stopped working, i "modified" it [sort of went up in flames :D] then i upgraded to a sears special  , then a fender squier jass bass which ive had for the last 4 years. I recently upgraded to a PRS. its the SWEETEST bass ever, i would never regularly be able to afford it except that i got the most unlikely and lucky deal on it (at a pawn shop).

Well thats my story, and it is off topic; Im sure most dont even care.

Nick, and Keith: if you want to hear some real --- kicking bass get "classical thump", or "you cant hold no groove" by Victor Wooten. It aint punk, but its worth a listen.

Eat it out of the pot and get it on your face. or to stay on subject: eat it with a girl, eat it off a girl, eat it made by a girl, eat it for a girl, eat it with the dishes washed by a girl, eat it while dressed as a girl.

anyways ;)
