I am looking for a host to host a messageboard that will be used as a contact between kids in school and such. I need 1/2 MYSQL databases, some decent space, and php of course. I wanna run a phpBB2PLUS board. Can anyone help me? A link back to your site is completely fine

Well, you can try to signup at ExaltedHosting.com (http://www.exaltedhosting.com/). The only problem is that it will take about a week to get accepted.
So in the meanwhile, you can try setting up a forum at Akheva.com (http://www.akheva.com/).

Host it here dude. I do own a phpBB forum on lycos and it works okay (not the version 2.0.5 of phpBB, which has some problems with lycos)

No free host likes to host just forums because there is no return and it just eats resources.
