any insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated...
basically the problem is i can't access my servers pop email (my web host server, not my isp server) i get this error in outlook
"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'rarecelebs.com', Server: 'rarecelebs.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"
and when i try to access a certain site that is on that server, it won't load. it gives me and error saying the server returned an invalid or unrecognized response. however all other domains on that server load fine.
my server admin checked this out, said he could load it fine from several locations, and i can check my pop email on yahoo but not with my email client, nor can i load the site.
when i called my isp, they were basically clueless as usual. gave me the same old speech saying it could be spyware blah blah but i ran adaware and it still does the same thing. what could be the major malfunction here??
thanks
