I would look at the free hosting offers (http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=32) forums for specific people offering hosting.

If you are in the need of just any host, it is helpful if we know how much space/transfer and other specs you need, then we might be able to hopefully find the right host for you.

There's plenty of forums like invisionboard.com or phpbb2.com that i'm sure you can manage to install and customise yourself.

i have no idea to set up a forum and customize it, thats
why i am asking here so any help with that would be

be customized like i want them to plus don't have they
