start over man... that is totally an example of trying too hard. cool it man, take out those graphics and read some tutorials at designsbymark.com and phong.com . also man in the interface, your just killing yourself with the whole wanna be imw2001 which has been done before, the whole
|[ Links ]| isn't working. 1 reason being that it doesn't keep its form. if your going to use something like make sure that the text stays the same throughout (all capitalized or not).
take out the background of the main page cause it makes the users eye wonder and even worse hides some of the text from the foreground layer.
when designing (or redesigning) try to keep this in mind. design as a template throughout, in other words keep every elements design properties the same (use a css style sheet) and no only that but use contrast:
(dark in one element throughout and light in another)
good luck and use text that is simple and not to complicated so reader knows what its clicking. take out the effects in the title "import specs" (the shadow and the gradient effect really makes it look bad).
hope i helped.

Overdone and ugly... sorry I don't like it. First of the frame has the hard to read blue text against an blue background. Better templates are located at: http://www.freewebtemplates.com.
