The Twin Cities of Lewiston/Auburn, Maine, or as we say, L/A. It's only a few blocks from my house.

The space shuttle and flag balloons didn't get blown up tonight. I'll have to try to get some pics of those tomorrow.

that's pretty cool. I love hot air balloons. I've never been in one though. I remember when I was 8, I saw a couple of hot air balloons sailing over my uncle's house as we were outside barbecuing. I thought it was so cool. I cried the next day when those balloons were front page news due to the fact that they crashed and one of the balloonists died :(

on a totally different theme, is it just me, or does it look like the guy in the first picture is pissing on the balloon?

I have been at an hot air baloon show where the balloons are in all kinds of shapes:

Birds, panthers, beer.

Its really cool, its a festival that happens every year.
