I was rejected by Google Adsense, and I fixed what was wrong with my site. Is there any way I can have them re evaluate my site? Or do I have to sign-up again with another email?

What did you fix? Did they specifically say what was wrong? If so, they might have said how to get your site re-evaluated...mind sharing the email with us?

It upsets me that google wont allow my site. I cant figure it out because sites just like mine are being accepted. And everywhere I go I see their ads =( Are they really that good?

Just try to sign in with your email address and password you entered when you have signed up.It will send them notification and they will again review your site.

They have high CPC rate such as 50 cents-80 cents per click depends on site.
