FineClicks are great. It was launched just this month by Chester Brzezinski (of WebsiteSponsors fame), and offers solid tracking and reporting, as well as a reasonable amount of creative options. It's one drawback is that since the program is so new, there aren't a huge number of advertisers from which to choose, but this will obviously change during the coming months.

I've also heard many positive reports about ClickBank's technology and reputation, but have yet to use them personally.

In short, both are worth exploring.
