Everyone is trying to look for php and mysql hosts for free, so once we find one, we have to apply via forum. Ok, that's fine not a big hassle. Then you read the application and what you have to have in it, everything is fine until you see "current site url for review".
So you ask, what's the problem with this? The problem is, we have nowhere to host are sites so you can take a look at them, that's why we're applying at your site in the first place. Sure, you don't want to host unclean sites, but at least give the users a chance first, see how the site's doing, if it sucks, get rid of it.
