I am creating a HUGE Yu-Gi-Oh fan site and this is what i would like
150mb of space (more would be great if possible)
2-5gb bandwidth (more would be nice)
50 email accounts
browser upload
3-4mb filesizelimit
no file type restrictions (i can live with no .mp3 but i need .zip and more)
can have popups,popunders no banners (i would preefer no ads or i can choose ads)

Other things i would like and stuff i plan to put on my site!
i need to add a forum and chat room to my site
i need a site meber user password and login system

The file size limits you want seems to be overdemanding. I doubt any host will host you for free. Try considering paid hosting.
