any host allow paid by chinese currency

i can't get paypal and credit card now.i can't paid $ but only rmb(chinese currency)

my host localed at china but some guys from U.K. and some countries in Euro find the loading speed rather slowly .so i need host in Euro or fast loading speed to Euro that allow paid by chinese curreny.
