What price range are you looking at?
I can personally recommend www.enhancedhost.com depending on your budget :)

Not sure what your budget it, but allow me to recommend some that have been in business for a while and are doing good:
httpme.com - $40/mo. 3GB space/30GB Transfer
dot5hosting.com - $19.95/mo. 1250MB Space/30GB Transfer
byzhosting.com - $31.95/mo. 1GB Space/32GB Transfer

Ok. Well good luck on finding a host that will give 25GB of space for >$12/mo., and that is honest and good.

Well, I will be hosting a Rugby Union and Rugby Legaue resource site.
I found a host that is $10 and has unlimited space and bandwidth, apparently.
But as I have read here, those deals can be dodgy.

I can recommend http://hybridnetwork.net their advanced plan is $14.95 with 20gb transfer so that's close to the amount you were looking for at just another $3 a month.
I had an account there for about 6 months, service and uptime was superb :)

Looking around for another host, this is as close as I could come to finding you something.
I believe www.space-host.co.uk has the following:
Gold plan
500mb space
30gb data transfer/month
£10/month
PHP4
Unlimited mySql databases
Unlimited subdomains
Unlimited email accounts
Unlimited FTP accounts
cPanel

All of these plans sound very attractive. But some are a bit expensive for a 15 year old.
I found this plan:
http://a-techweb.com/index2.php?page=main/webhosting.html
From what I read it does have everyuthing I need to run a forum aswell as a site.
But I still am a bit concious.

Maybe you can read this http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=169700 :)
There are many reliable hosts you can use instead of going for the cheapest deals. Sometimes paying a bit more for a well established host is worth the extra dollar or two.

a-techweb seem to have some serious problems with their math :confused2
Golden Package $19.95
10 Gigabytes Webspace
100 Gigabytes Data Transfer
Special Package $9.95
Unlimited Gigabytes Webspace
Unlimited Gigabytes Data Transfer
Something is seriously wrong there lol

*logs into xe.com/ucc and checks*
$15.85, oh well, its what you get for using an old conversion rate - since I don't need to exchange between US$ and GB£ everyday...
Try contacting their support and asking if they can do you a special, you never know and may get lucky.
But otherwise your going to lose out in the end.
for example, I could easily offer you (via PM of course ;)) all of that, for the price you want... and throw you on an old dodgy server sitting on a 3Kbps connection speed.
You see what I mean about 'getting what you pay for'?

I'll be paying in $AU. :)

...so you want:
300mb space
25gb data transfer/month
for AU$18.50 (US$12 or £7.55)
Since you want to pay in AU$, what payment method do you want to pay with?
All I can say is, 'good luck'. Do you really need 300mb space and 25gb data transfer, or is that a 'juse incase' thing?

Well the current forum uses 10GB of Bandwidth by itself.
And I will be running a big database of downloads......
