Desperately need help

I have been searching a lot now a days for Free Website providers. Although i've found many their site is either down or they are not accepting signups. I need a Free Web Hosting Service which does not put up any adds on a page, they must also provide microsoft frontpage extensions (a must) and php would not be bad. I require a minimum of 20mb webspace with around 200 mb bandwidth. Does anyone here know of any such hosting service? Please note i would not mind putting up an advert(banner only) of the hosting service but this will not be on the homepage. It will be listed on the links page. I'm trying to make an ad free homepage otherwise my frames get all messed up. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

I don't know of any that provide Frontpage right off..

You might try building your website in Frontpage and uploading it via FTP. If you really require the extensions, I'm afraid you might have to pay for it.

Thanks for replying LifelessHost. I know quite a few websites that do allow frontpage extensions for free like Distant Host. But i heard that people are having problems + their counters are always disabled. Netfirms my previous host provided frontpage extensions but their ad messed up my frame and homepage. Anyway thanks again for replying.

Distanthost.com closed signups for now so I won't be recommending them until they reopen signups.
