Yes, you can apply. There are still a few slots left. After weeding out of hundreds of BAD applicants from all over the place, we have only given away a grand total of 5 FREE sites.

If interested, you must have a domain name, and it CANNOT be uni.cc or any other off shore place. It WILL be a TLD (.COM.NET.ORG.CO.UK).
Youir site WILL have lots/considerable amount of traffic.

We must review your site before anythng gets set -up.

The site does not have to be english, but our image that will be linked and placed on your site is english.
