That is nothing but a lie.
There is always a limit.

Based on the name alone, I would say no. But perhaps they have stumbled upon the fountain of eternal bandwidth, and are nice enough to pass it on to their customers, for cheap no less.

While the name is misleading, darkcurves is right, there is no unlimited plan there.
