Hello Aznvad,
VeroHost.com has been providing low-cost web hosting since 2002.
Our VHost-1 plan would be excellent for you:
* 300MB of Space
* 8GB Transfer
* Unlimited Sub-Domains
* Unlimited MySQL Databases
* Php & CGI
* 24/7 FTP Access
* Cpanel 7
* FrontPage Extensions available at no charge
The plan is $5 monthly or $45 yearly.
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Money Orders and Checks.
If you pay yearly, I'll throw in a domain at no cost.
Our website is verohost.com and if you are interested, please drop me a line at robert@verohost.com to learn more about signing up.
Thank You Aznvad for taking the time to look over what we offer and hope you have a great day.

Nobody *plans* on going out of business, but the longer the host has been around, the better chance you have of sticking with them for the long haul.
Try:
www.enhancedhost.com (over 4 years hosting)
www.worlzonepro.com (over 4 years)
www.myacen.com (over 2 years)
www.byzhosting.com (over 2 years)
I will add some more when I think of them.

Thats what they all say... :D
Kidding aside Robert's company seems very stable. His prices aren't too cheap and they don't look to be going anywhere.
Just my two cents. :cool:
