Preferably one that has been around a while and provides good reliability and uptime.
I need 50+ mb space
Plenty of transfer, perhaps 10-20gb
PHP, mySQL
Able to host domains, provide email for domains (pop3 and forwarding)
FTP of course
Cheapness is a plus, around 10 bucks a month would be great. Please only post very reliable host, that is my biggest requirement. Thanks

Could you possibly tell me of your positive experience of them? I just want as much info as I can and anything I should be aware of.

Nonetheless, http://venturesonline.com is very reliable. Their prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's well worth the price.

You are only allow to reply if the thread starter asks for web hosts to make offers. But recommending another host, as you did, is fine. Good thinking!

As another web host, I can vouche and say that www.venturesonline.com is a great company, good support staff with excellent reliability and uptime. We used to operate a backup support website for our clients utilizing their network and hardware.

I would reccommend http://www.netstartz.com They have great hosting offers, awesome prices, and incredible customer support. I have had my site hosted with them for the last few months and I am very impressed. You can even check out the forums there and see other testimonials or asks questions before you host with them. Good luck in your search :)

Cheapness while at the same time wanting a very reliable host many times does not go hand in hand.
If having a reliable host with great support and uptime is truly what you are looking for, consider www.Myacen.com or www.SolidInternet.com (same owners - different support platform and prices), www.PowerSurge.com or www.F5hosting.com
I've used all 3 and have no complaints but it will cost you more.
Good luck!

I can think of one host like that, alwayswebhosting.com . I used to have my account with them and they were very reliable. Their smallest plan says 10gb in data transfer but some where on their faq I heard them promising up to 60gb of transfer if it was requested.

AlwaysWebHosting.com (http://www.alwayswebhosting.com) use to provide 60 gig accounts for under $10.00 a little more than a year ago if memory serves me correctly. Ronnie (the owner) promised that would never change and that the business plan was solid. Over time, that has proven not to be the case.
While I won't say avoid AWH, I will suggest that those considering do some research first. And if you have a site(s) that might push the limits of their plans, better to look elsewhere or you might be asked to leave as AWH has done in the past with former clients.

I think that was only for new sign-ups. My account's cost never increased after I bought it.

You can try www.enhancedhost.com. I had so very little downtime there compared to my prevous host.

I agree. Have never heard a bad thing about Gary and company in regard to hosting. Recommend them often for those looking for reliable budget hosting.
