Hosting Like This... Possible?

Hey Ive been looking in an endless search for a host like this and have not been able to find any.

-200-500 mb Disk
-10+gb Transfer
-MONTHLY PAYMENT!!!! (No Yearly Specials PLEASE)
-NO PAYPAL PAYMENTS (Credit Card Will due just fine but Ive had it up to my throat with PayPal)
-php/mysql
-No need for expensive Cpanel or anything
-No need for expensive CGI, Unlimited subdomains (although a few would be nice)
-No File Size Limits (Im gonna distribute some software tutorial videos for Free and some freeware/shareware so this can't be a problem, but obviously im not about to upload a 500mb file called xmendvd.avi.jpg or anything Im not gonna hassle you with warez or anything so please dont ask)
-Ability to pay for extra transfer as you use it (as opposed to closing the site down, as I'm estimating the 10gb, so If I use it you can charge me like 1$ for every gb over etc.)
-FTP (possibility to make multiple FTP accounts would be appreciated but is not necessary)
-Ability to use my own domain name
-Ability to make subdomain would be preferred, not required.
-Ability to easily upgrade Disk Space/Bandwidth as needed.

So, is this all possible for ~10$/m or am I dreaming?

Generally, extra data transfer will cost $3 or more per GB. Some hosts will not shut your site down and simply bill you for the overage while others allow you to purchase extra bandwidth per month. Just need to find the ones that allow what you are looking for.

50-80mb on some occasions, usually no more than 30-40mb

Well one of the hosts I asked (which I rejected because of the dreaded PayPal) told me extra transfer was 1$/gb, but thats not a problem.

It would really be good if the site is halted temporarily and I got a notice in the email box that I have used my transfer and ask me to charge X number of GB for the month, so I dont suddenly find a huge bill.

P.S. I hope the videos and shareware are not a problem. And I also stated that I will not be paying with PayPal. thanks for the offers so far.

no no verohost accepted my Credit Card.

I would have gone HostFactory but they only accepted PayPal payment (I tried believe me) therefore I went with VeroHost.com. HostsFactory did not accept Credit Card, and if you did, you used PayPal as your merchant, which I did not want (I Hate Paypal because they disabled my credit card for no reason and said I entered my verification incorrectly 3x even tho I did not. I cannot even use it with merchant clients ie. yourself.) sorry if I did not make that clear.

Gotta admit I would never use a hosting provider that only accepts payments via PayPal. In fact, one of my hosting providers will not accept PayPal payments themselves.

I would be the same if I were seriously looking for hosting... even if I were paying with paypal, I would want to see them with other methods.

That's the precise reason we have a seperate merchant account with 2checkout to accept credit cards... in addition to our paypal business account.
