EDIT: space would be about 50Mb, i'm not worried about bandwidth that much because i'm not running a forum or anything on it

Almost any host will give you that except for the money order bit, how much is "low" for you?

how much space and data transfer do you need as well? The more information you can provide, the better the chance of being contacted by someone with the right offer :)

i have had one very good offer so far,

for those out there willing to make an offer i will look at all proposals, and if nessassary come to an arrangement with payment - i'm willing to pay quarterly in advance due to me living in Australia

Personally, as a host, I don't really like cheques and money orders. I am having a lot of trouble with them.

I prefer my clients paying online with credit cards or via wire transfer.

But I am sure you will some hosts out there for money order. Although not really many I think.
