You're going to find lots of Fly-by-Nighters with that kind of a pricerange IMO.

I agree.. buut there will be someone who will offer it (just wait).. and most likely it will be a "custom" plan.. we'll just have to wait and see (thank God this isn't WHT).

A host that sets up today and closes tomorrow. Takes your money and runs!

I'd recommend pair.com
They have a solid reputation and are know for their reliability.

Perhaps true in some cases however there are many reputable, quality, hosting companies that offer the following for $15-$20 OR LESS per month as the thread author asked for. Surely not "Fly-by-Nighters."
Myacen.com (http://www.myacen.com/virtualhosting.html)
Beginner Plan
Disk Space 200 MB
Data Transfer 5 GB
Unlimited FTP Accounts
PHP 4.3.3, MYSQL 4.0.15, Perl 5.8
Monthly Fee $8.95 ***Price Freeze Guarantee***
F5hosting.com (http://www.f5hosting.com/plans.php)
Bronze Plan
Disk Space 250 MB
Data Transfer 10 GB
2 Mysql Databases
2 FTP Accounts
Monthly Fee $12.95 ***Price Freeze Guarantee*** (Did before. Ask to be sure.)
Futurequest.net (http://www.futurequest.net/Services/Packages/)
Basic Plan
100 MB Unrestricted Disk Space
5 GB Unrestricted Bandwidth
2 FTP Accounts
$14.95/mo if pre-pay 12 months
$19.95/mo if pay monthly
P.S. I've used all providers listed and currently still use two of them. One provider for more than 2 years now while another for more than one (1) year. And I'm a stickler for service, support and uptime!

The thread starter wants between $10-$20 ANNUALLY. All the hosts you listed upabove are excellent hosts and I have the upmost respect for them, but they are all $80+ Yearly.

Annually, or monthly. Because the lowest plan we have got for $20 is our personal plan:
- 50MB Web Space
- 3GB Monthly Bandwidth
- Host up to 5 domains
- $2 for monthly billing.
- $20 for yearly billing.

Okay. Missed the /a (though will have to assume it meant annually) in the thread title. Nonetheless, good information.
