Help with sub-domains, please!

I am brand new to this paid hosting service thing. Is there something special I need to know to create sub-domains? The package that I purchased said that it comes with 10 Sub Domains, but I don't see anything in the control panel about it. Any help would be appreciated. I already contacted Support about it, but the reply message said it would take up to 2 days to get a reply. I got my account at http://www.digitalbiz.com .

I think you will have to wait for your customer service but two days seems a bit long. Paid host customer service should be answering you email in hours not days.

I'm generalizing here, but usually all it will take is an e-mail to support. As soon as they get the e-mail they should be able to set up up straight away. A few hours later you should have your sub-domain activated.

I agree 48 hours is a pretty long wait for a reply to a support issue...

They ended up replying in about 5hrs, so hopefully it won't ever take 48hrs, lol. You were both right about contacting support about setting it up. Since I had namezero before, I was just used to creating the re-directs/sub-domains myself.
