One company my site hosted often abusively suspends my site without giving proper reason. I request compemsation but they don't reply to me.

I wanna know which official organization in US can accept charging for web company?

Thanks.

Hello,

It really depends who this company is and why they are suspending your account. Are you using a lot of bandwidth within a short period of time? Are you using a lot of system resources? Maybe your site contains content that is in direct violation of their Terms of Service.

The first thing you need to do is get a new host and leave. Second thing is deal with the refund.

Please, answer Roberts questions first, otherwise we cannot help you.

1) What is your sites URL?
2) What exactly are you hosting (may be in violation of your hosts TOS or AUP)
3) Who is your host?

Gaya,

Please tell me, would it really be worth all the trouble to get maybe 5$ back?

Not to mention, the host that cancelled you, probably has "We have the right to suspend your account at any time" in their TOS, which you agreed to when you signed up.

Something tells me your out of luck.

Thanks,
Dan

Well first, if a web host suspend your site, they have a reason for it. If you are using over your bandwidth allotment, most host has automatic suspension so no matter which host you switch to, it is the same.

If you violate their tos, your site will get suspended too. It's the same with every host.

Verohost! You misunderstand me! I have given up refunding on you. Because of the items of verohost's TOS, I have no right to ask refunding. The company that I wanna charge is ANOTHER company. However, now I also don't wanna charge them because they realize their fault. BECAUSE I DON'T INFLICT ANY ITEMS OF THEIR TOS. Here is their reply to me:

Im going to be adding another server I will add you to that one and give you a free month, this server you will be able to have streaming video and SSH Secure Shell Access, this server will be for high user sites like yours, im sorry but Abuse Dept keeps changing stuff around. I will have the server setup between today and tomorrow, and I will make sure the abuse dept. is not as strict on this server, im sorry for any inconvenience. The abuse dept changes the TOS/AUP with out even telling me so I can update the website, again im sorry for any inconvenience. This new server will be a lot better and handle a lot more traffic.

AND another letter from them:

>Im getting you site put on the new server now, if there are any problems
>I will pay for you to chose another host, I am very sorry for any
>problems, please feel free to put any personal movies on this server,
>this new server has full support for Real Audio/Video 7.0 Streaming, I
>will refund your money for this month since this was out fault, please
>e-mail me with the PayPal account to send the money to.

Previously the company suspends my site abusively. They don't show any data and any proof. However they realize their fault now. I am glad to host my site on their new server continuously.

During the month I host my site on VeroHost, I don't find any time that server is down. VeroHost is really a very very stable hosting. Just becuase the 8GB traffic is too small for my site, I have to change my hosting. I think there has no any displeasure between him and me except that later he posted a thread on one forum that wanna put me into a "black list". I'm unsatisfied only for his posts, not for his hosting.

So everything is resolved with your current hosting company?

Yes, my posts were off some theories I had, I do apologize.
