I want to buy a dedicated server from E.FreeServers ( http://www.efreeservers.com ), but I would like to know what you think about E.FreeServers? does anyone use them? and do you get a fast connection?

Thanks!

They look really dodgy the way they make everything seem free except for the extortionate bandwidth charges, go with someone like http://www.rackspace.com - I have heard good comments about them.

I believe.. if not mistaken.. the server is free, you pay only for the bandwidth .. which isn't worth it... I would look @ vdi.net/tera-byte.com/4webspace.com for good dedicated servers. Although VDI has been going up and down lately while they do some upgrades. I'm not sure when they are done. Personally.. I wouldn't go with E.Freeservers.. but that's just me

What do you know about E.Continents ( http://www.econtinents.com )?

E.Continents: never heard of them before.
On the first look they look quite nice, but then again they charge a lot for extra bandwith and don't give you much bandwith in their packages.
You should think how much bandwith, ip's,... you would need and then decide on a host. BUT consider that you want good support and a reliable host with good uptime!

Free server plus 200 GB of bandwidth for $300 a month is more than a good deal.

They are a new company. $300 for 200GB bandwidth (no setup fee)is a good deal. One thing have to consider is you have to signup a 20 months contract with them.

And if you break the contract within the 20 months, you must buy the server which cost around $2700 usd.

I don't want to stick with any long-term contract, even if they are reliable company such as Tera-Byte etc...
