heres my analysis:
Pros:
catches the eye
easy, one click access to the main areas
some other things i might of missed
------------------------
Cons:
takes to long for imagery to "fly in" (user may leave)
scattered information,have to scroll alot
Busy (alot of imagery)
some other things i might of missed

No problem with the loading speed when i view the site from my house with 256kb/s "broadband"
I especially like the flying in/appearance of images effect and the other flash effects you have there. :applaudin
P.S: Ermm...you need to add in content for other pages soon or else this site will lose its credibilty.
