New to the paid hosting arena

I am now moving away from free hosting!

I am looking for somewhere to host my site (www.hostultra.com/~simpleplan), it needs to have a fair amount of bandwidth because I get a reasonable no. of hits. I'm not too concerned about space, as long as it's over 20mb I'll be ok! I don't mind about email so much, as long as I have at least 10 aliases and 1 pop3. I need to have access to php and msql databases so I can expand the site in the future, cgi isn't too big of an issue.

The important thing is that either they

- Give me a free domain name
- Let me host my current domain on there without transfer fees
- Offer a good domain registration fee.

I would prefer it if the host were british, but I'm not too fussed. The max I can afford is £4 a month ($6-8) or £50 (about $70) a year, maybe stretching to £5 a month, but I would rather not!
