does anyone know of a free, supports ASP, FTP, 10-100M,and SQL2000 or SQl7?

At most you'll get ASP with ODBC/Access 2000. Checkout http://www.brinkster.com for that. I don't know of any "living" SQL Server 2000/7 free host. Its too much an investment/maintenence for a free host.
