good, but the frames look plain and the header looks a little off. try using a little CSS and maybe re-doing your header.

well it sure does have an IB feel to do. I think it looks great and doesn't need much changing except I would maybe make a graphic for the logo instead of using just text, it might add a bit more flavour to it, but the text does in away do its job!

I think you should make the layout itself wider. I am using a 1024x768 resolution and it is currently only filling about half of the screen.
